For the purpose of these terms and conditions of Website Use, Aakrisha means aakrishagolapalace.com.This website is governed by these terms and conditions. GOVERNING lAW

These terms and conditions, privacy policy and every transaction will be governed by and interpreted by the Law of Nepal.

CONTRACT

No contract shall exist between you and us (Aakrisha Gold Palace and Handicrafts) for the sale of any product until we have accepted your order and delivered it to you. You may visit our physical stores or use the telephone or email to make the order. Once the order is made and the advance amount is released, we will complete your order in the given time. You will be provided an invoice with all the genuine details of the product that you purchase which will also serve as a contract between us. We may choose to refuse to take orders that we might not be able to deliver under certain circumstances.

TERMS OF SALE

When the order is placed, you offer to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions. The payment shall be made in full before the product is handed over to you. Upon receiving the full payment, an invoice shall be created in your name that will serve as a proof of our transaction which will also help in future transactions (resale purpose). In any case, if you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us as soon as possible.

You can post your inquiries through the inquiry form in the website. Your inquiries shall be addresses in the email address provided by you or via phone number.

PRICES

The daily prices of Gold and Silver are displayed in the website. The product prices may vary according to the change in prices of the materials. The prices of the date when the order is made is applicable for the transaction. All the prices included are VAT inclusive.

The entire content of the website, including all designs, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, including the use of the name Aakrisha is the sole property of Aakrisha. Republishing, distributing, manipulating or reproducing the content or copy of content from this site is strictly prohibited.Also, use of any property for business or commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

You may access this site as per your convenience but we reserve the rights to amend the services without any notice to the users. We do not fully guarantee that this site will perfectly meet your requirements, will be error-free.
